A winter walk through William Berry woods in Minneapolis inspired this mini series. It was a stark winter day, not too cold, but gloomy and overcast. I saw various oak leaves laying perfectly on top of the snow. It occurred to me that there is a simple elegance and restfullness in the starkness. These were left intentionally somewhat abstract. This one kind of looks like Big Foot walking through the woods.
