This piece is inspired by Leroy Anderson's "Bugler's Holiday." Although I don't play trumpet, it one of my absolute band favorites of all time. This painting expresses the fun energy and joy I feel in playing or hearing this piece of music. If this song had a color, it would be yellow, one of the most energetic hues.
