"Intuition's Flight"

I started this painting with a mood I wanted to create that would give a feeling of being in an early spring forest, or perhaps late fall.  The image of a crow in an eerie wood with candles came to mind for no reason in particular at first. At the time of painting this I was learning more and more to trust my intuition. The candles below illuminating the crow's wings represent the moment when we learn to trust what we know without knowing why we know it.
