If cherries could dance, would they cha cha? I picked these sour cherries on a beautiful June day on a foraging outing in the park. Admittedly not as tasty as bing cherries right off the tree, they make up for it in looks with their intense bright red and are perfect for baking. I took these beauties home and made a Hungarian sour cherry soup from a recipe I found in a little free library.
